Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used strictly for communication and reservation purposes.
Liability Policy: We will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during your stay. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment and its contents during their stay.
Fire Safety: The evacuation plan is located on the door of the apartment. Please read and abide by them for your own safety. The fire extinguisher is located in the hallway.
Guest Entertainment: The host is neither obliged nor responsible to organize guests’ free time or to entertain them.
Access to Accommodation: The host does not have the right to enter the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case, they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back to the accommodation. If the host has any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter the accommodation in order to check the situation.
Host Availability: The host is available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complaint about the quality of the accommodation, we advise guests to contact the host directly.
