All you need to know before visit.
Reservation and payment
Check-in: after 15:00. Contact us for possibility of an early check-in.
Check-out: before 10:00.
Payment: To confirm your reservation 30 % of total value must be paid right away. The rest (70 %) must be paid at least 14 day before your arrival.
Safe payment methods: Paypal, Credit card or bank transfer.
Guest info and government ID
A mandatory law requires every guest has to present valid government ID upon check-in. In most cases, we will ask you to provide us with personal information before arriving at the apartment or at the time of booking.
Traveling by car
Upon your arrival, you are permitted a one-time entry by car to the property for up to 30 minutes, enabling you to unload your luggage conveniently. To arrange this, it’s essential that you communicate your car’s registration number and your arrival date to your host at least three days before your visit. This information will be entered into the system that controls access to the city center. A barrier is located at the entrance to the city center. This will automatically raise for your vehicle, but only if you’ve provided your license plate details in advance as outlined above. Please note that entrance to old town is prohibited between 20:00 and Midnight. Upon your departure, the same rules apply.
After unloading your luggage, please proceed to park your car in one of public parking areas near city center (zone 2 to 4). Read more info about parking options and payment in our House manual.

House manual is available online and in the apartment with all information for a pleasant stay of our guests.
Please note that the property consists of a building with four apartments, ensuring a tranquil and private atmosphere.
